How long will the repair take?−
Most repairs — screens, batteries, ports, keyboards — are finished the same day, usually in 90 minutes to 3 hours. Board-level work takes 2–4 business days because it needs bench testing after the fix.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?+
Every repair carries a 30-day warranty covering both the part and the labour. If the same fault returns, bring it back and we fix it free.
Do I need an appointment?+
No. Walk in any time during opening hours for a free diagnosis. Booking ahead just means we'll have your part pulled and ready.
Can I mail my MacBook in?+
Yes — we ship nationwide. Request a mail-in kit and we'll send a prepaid, insured label, then return the repaired machine the same way.
What if my MacBook has liquid damage?+
Bring it in unpowered and as soon as possible. We ultrasonically clean the board and repair corrosion — success rates drop sharply after a few days.
Will my data be safe?+
Your data stays on your drive and we never need your password for hardware work. For board repairs we can also attempt data recovery first.
