It depends on the cost of repair vs. replacement. Often, for display or battery issues, a repair is cost-effective. We’ll advise you honestly whether it’s worth fixing.
How long will repair take?
Simple fixes (battery, keyboard, display) often are done in a few hours or same day. More complex jobs (logic board, liquid damage) may take 1–3 business days depending on parts.
Will I lose my data?
We always try to preserve your data. Before major work (especially logic board or storage repairs), we recommend a backup. If the drive is failing, we’ll recover data where possible (at extra cost).
Are your parts original?
We use high-quality OEM or equivalent parts. For some components, genuine Apple parts are hard to source, but we aim to match or exceed original specs.
Do you offer mail-in repairs?
Yes — fill out our repair form on the website to start the process. We’ll send packing instructions and pay return shipping once the repair is done.
