Yes. Sign out of your Apple Account and turn off Find My Mac before bringing in your MacBook so Activation Lock is removed. If you can't do it at home, bring your Apple Account password and we can help at the store.

We can't buy a MacBook that still has Activation Lock on, a MacBook enrolled in company or school MDM (Mobile Device Management) that hasn't been released, or a device that is reported lost or stolen.
Back up your data first. You don't need to erase it before the evaluation, but we will erase and restore the MacBook before purchasing it. Bring your Apple Account password in case Activation Lock needs to be removed at the store.
